 Well
the wait is almost over! As some of you know we have been
working on the Retrotica Girls project for quite some
time. This project is very personal and important to us
and we wanted to get it right. Well the wait is almost
over!
In 2006 we spent an enormous amount of time and money
developing the content and software for Rertrotica Girls.
We wanted to make this retro community perfect. While
we were thrilled with the pin up content, strategic
partnerships and interest in the community we were less
than impressed with the software produced by the original
programmer.
In steps an incredible opportunity
from Panama! We flew down there in February to meet
with someone who has the team, skills and resources
to make the dream a reality. Even better, he, his company,
and team of programmers understand exactly what we want
to achieve!
The software project is now complete
and we are actively testing, tweaking and making it
hum!
Through this process we also pondered
a significant question... Can we make this retro pin
up community free? If Myspace and YouTube can do it...can
we?
While the jury is still out on that
issue there has been so much interest from other companies
in this community that we are seriously leaning in that
direction.
So stay tuned! We are looking at a
late summer launch for RG.... The wait is almost over!
